At Unity Weddings, we offer an extensive array of services to help you plan for the big day.
All the services can be booked separately, or in packages, allowing you maximum control of what you actually need help with. For example, you can choose to have us help you find a florist and design your decor, that’s it. Or, you can hand us a “carte blanche” and let us design everything from A to Z.
Whichever way you decide to go, please know that each individual service is “all-inclusive”, meaning that the fee covers everything in between “I need” and “I have”. And we never charge extra fees for meetings, e-mails, or phone calls, so you can feel free to contact us as much as you wish.

Wedding Day Coordination
With a wedding planner present on the biggest day of your life, you can actually enjoy the party while we run the show.
Read on to discover what the Wedding Day Coordination includes.
- Develop a timetable to facilitate the flow of the event for the day of the wedding
- Develop a list of suppliers with telephone numbers and time schedules
- Coordinate all wedding day activities (on-site logistics, coordination and timing of ceremony and reception, queuing the first dance, etc)
- Develop a floor plan with seating arrangements for reception guests
- Contact and coordinate all suppliers for the wedding day, coordinate the collection of wedding gifts the day of the wedding, as well as supervise preparation on the day of the wedding for table setting, name card placement, flower arrangement and other details
- Distribution of money in envelopes to suppliers
Please keep in mind that this is only a simplified list. On your big day, the wedding planner also:
- Makes sure that all guests are happy
- Takes care of special needs and requests
- Acts as a buffer between you and all the suppliers
- Supervises the gift box

Invitations
At Unity Weddings, we do not stop at simply planning, and we are certainly not afraid of getting our hands a little dirty. Following an overwhelming demand from our clients, we are now proud to offer a full line of fine stationery. All our invitation sets are complete, and include invitations, RSVP cards, envelopes, and postage, as well as matching menus, save-the-dates, and place cards.
Every set is custom designed based on your wedding’s color and theme.
Favors
As any bride and groom-to-be will discover, thanking your guests for attending the most important day of your lives is an essential part of your wedding. Though traditional favors are abundant, at Unity Weddings we pride ourselves on offering you the possibility of unique and customized gift-giving.
Whether your wedding is black tie or an intimate affair, a grand celebration or a meshing of two different cultures, we will be sure to create something to match your unique tastes and personalities.
