Green wedding favors

Although you may not want to wear a recycled dress, there’s lots of ways you can give something back on your wedding day. We donated the leftover food from our wedding to a local homeless shelter (they picked it right up from our caterer the following Monday). But I also love this new trend I discovered – plantable stationary and more. My best friend Jenn sent me a package of beautiful plantable notecards (the seeds are embedded in the paper, and when put into soil, this particular variety grew wildflowers). After searching the internet, I found there were all kinds similar products, like plantable wedding favours, favour tags, wedding invitations, thank you cards, and confetti (which I love).
