Hello everyone! Today is a very exciting day. I am building the coolest, most over the top, most expensive wedding I’ve ever laid my hands on. The story goes like this: I met D&D about a year and a half ago, and the first thing out of their mouth was “we want spectacular!”

Wedding Day Interlude

Good morning everyone! Today is the day I officially open the wedding season. I mean, I’ve already had a few this year, but from today on it’s all one big roll all the way til October. Since I’m really, really ridiculously organized, I’ve been on location since 7.30am this morning. And this means that since 9am, I’ve been pretty much done, waiting for my deliveries, and sipping on a latte on this golf club’s gorgeous terrace. After “blunch”, we decided to go for coffee on a terrace, from which we got kicked out after a couple of hours. So we ended up enjoying the late afternoon sunshine sitting on the grass on the Mountain. Now, if you don’t know what a wedding planner’s life is like, let me tell you: Two of them getting together, mid-May, to spend 5 hours doing nothing but ...

Beige Inspiration Board

Hello! I am not sure if this is the appropriate way of going about this, but there is something I’ve been itching to say, and I can’t really think of a better way of doing it besides on this blog. Most of you might not know this, but I started Unity Weddings fresh out of university. Let’s face it, my odds at success were not very high. I had zero-to-none experience with planning weddings, let alone actually attending them. Yet something in me desperately drew me to it.
